Party Inquiry Form
Submission of this form will only confirm or deny the availability of your desired party time, after which point a Jumpalooza Employee will contact you to either continue the reservation or inform you that your slot is no longer available. Again, submission of this form is for inquiry purposes only and DOES NOT officially book a party. If you have any further questions please contact us.
I understand the following:
- NO outside food or drinks allowed except cake/cupcakes and goody bags
- Socks are required for ALL guests jumping
- All Participants must sign a waiver on the day of the party
(Infants & children under 18 years of age MUST be signed on the waiver)
- Party should not arrive more than 10 minutes early
- Jump Area is not Private unless a Mega was booked
-Parties will jump for the first 1:15 minutes of the scheduled party & last 45 minutes will be in the party room.
Party does not go into Private Party Room until designated time
- Party is not allowed to return to Jump Area after their time in the Private Party Room has ended
- DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE
- Remaining balance is to be paid in full upon completion of party
- Decorations are allowed but nothing can be hung from the ceilings
- Confetti is not allowed inside facility
- A fee will be charged for every 10 minutes after designated party time, fee will be $30.00 for every 10 min after the end of party time.
